Welcome to America Wheat (Milal) Mission in Southern California, a non-profit organization founded in January 1997, where our passion lies in serving people with developmental disabilities. Our primary goals are Evangelism, Service, and Enlightenment. At Milal Mission, we believe in making a lasting impact, and our story is one of compassion, inclusion, and unwavering support. Established by Jae Suh Lee, a visionary leader who is legally blind and currently serves as the President of Milal Mission International, the organization originated in Korea 1979. We’ve grown into a global force of change. In March 1995, the America Milal Mission joined forces with Milal Mission Korea, extending our reach to over 40 countries across North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Our shared vision is to educate churches, communities, and societies about the challenges faced by people with disabilities, fostering a culture of empathy and understanding. In Southern California, Milal Mission has been a beacon of hope since its inception, offering a spectrum of ministries and programs with Love of Christ.
