Your car donation to the Rafiki Coalition for Health and Wellness works to offset the inequalities that exist between healthcare for the privileged and the underserved in San Francisco. The nonprofit group bolsters communities needing HIV/AIDS services, particularly African Americans in the city, who have the highest infection rate. It doesn’t matter how good you’ve got it – there are many in this country who are suffering from a lack of resources, and there’s nothing more basic to comfort than a person’s medical needs.
